I'm in a situation where I have to pick between this and the Sony X800D. I have read the reviews of both TVs but I'm still torn between those two. I can get a 60" LG UH8500 for roughly the same price as a 43" Sony. While the LG seems like the better option right now, I'm worried about the picture quality based on the review. Do you have any insight as to which I should get? I'm using the TV primarily for 4K, HDR gaming on the PS4 pro. Thanks.
I still watch 3D so I got this TV.
what is the difference between uh850t and uh850v?
Do you recommend this tv over KU6500??
Back to square one
What about webOS ? Does it have less apps than play store? I also heard we cant install KODI on webOS?
Whats the best HDR setting for this tv because when HDR turns on it seems to make the picture get darker
DOES THIS GUY GET PAID BY SAMSUNG ALL THE LG AND SONY TVS HAVE LOW RATING BUT THE SAMSUNG HAS GREAT RATINGS -.- TELL ME WHAT OTHER TV SUPPORTS DOLBY AND HDR
Hello, want to buy a LG 65Uh8509 or a LG65E6V, what is better for me? I have more fun in bright and color intensive scenes than in dark. I want to watch Netflix … and play videogames. I watching not in complete dark rooms, i have some lights on and want to use my LED lines behind the new TV. I read that the blright scenes bad on the OLED, what is for example in a snowboard scene? My friend have a 65UH950V and i loved the 3D on it. ALso WEbOs is important for me because of Magic remote control.
Please add informations about the amazing 3D Power of this TV, watched it on a 65UH950V!
When you say this tv isn't good for a dark room, how dark do you mean? Movie theater dark or with ambient back lighting? We usually watch tv with a couple lights on which makes it dim so we can move around the room as needed.
I don't understand the comment about it not looking great in a dark room? My relatives own and I have watched planet earth on Blu Ray in their basement with the lights off and contrast looked incredible?
I have had this TV a week and am very pleased with it, the 3D effects are amazing I watch Amazon, Netflix and bought the Sony 4k 3D blue ray player to go with it, my biggest recommendation would be to stream 4k as it grows and buy cheap 3D blue ray discs as the picture is still amazing on HD format. At night time the picture is slightly dark but I would say very natural and realistic to life, I would have gone with Samsung but they do not support 3D which is a nice feature to have and this TV has it all covered.
Which is better for you, this or ks8000? Thanks
Got this TV 2 weeks ago, and i LOVE it more for every day that goes by. The latest update for gaming in HDR is awesome. Lag input much better. Got it on black friday 440$ of retail price. The 4K content looks really good. The web OS 3.0 is really easy to use and quick to navigate. I can recommend this tv.
IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE THE UK VERSION OF LGUH850V MINE IS 49 INCH I GOT IT FOR £700 IN BLACK FRIDAY DEAL AND ITS GONE BACK UP £1000 IAM REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS TV!!!!
Why does this tv perform better for gaming if it has the same specs as the 7700?
What is the best calibration for this Tv. So it performs perfectly in terms of quality? My cable box is 1080 and the picture is not that good.
I am looking for 4k 70" or bigger and between the LG 8500 75" and the Vizio M 70" I sit directly in front of tv and 80-90% of viewing is in a dark room with 1080p or higher content the lg 8500 75" is a lot more money but if it's the better choice for picture quality I'm willing to pay more my main question is sense most of my TV watching is in dark room should I save the money and get the M series P.S. HDR is also a deciding factor but not over picture quality thank you if you have time to answer I would be greatly appreciated you guy rock best Review website ever
